Centene is proud to recognize the rich histories and important contributions of Asian American and Pacific Islander employees, members, and providers. As we recognize Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, we spotlight areas of engagement that demonstrate Centene's steadfast commitment to the development of our diverse employees and communities.

Centene stands with our Asian American and Asian Pacific Islander employees, members, and communities by condemning recent violence and xenophobia. We honor the diverse cultures represented in the Asian American and Pacific Islander community, including heritages from 48 countries in Asia and more than 20 Pacific Islands. Internal company-led discussions explore many facets of the Asian American and Pacific Islander experience, including opportunities for employee engagement.

As part of our commitment to delivering culturally competent care and addressing racial and ethnic disparities, Centene collaborates with local organizations and providers to drive change and improve health outcomes. Centene's California health plan, Health Net, supports the APIs RISE Fund to advance equity for Asian American and Pacific Islander individuals. The fund aims to empower and strengthen the next generation of Asian American and Pacific Islander leaders for the Sacramento, CA region.

Centene's multicultural Employee Inclusion Group, MOSAIC, isĀ a key initiative to celebrate the cultures and traditions of our employees. MOSAIC also focuses on driving collaboration and developing our talent across the enterprise.
